See the gaps early
Open the week with volunteer needs, overdue follow-ups, and work waiting for a decision.
Founding beta for churches using Planning Center
Pews gives your team one clear weekly view of volunteer gaps, guest and care follow-ups, and unfinished work—without replacing the tools you already use.
$39/month or $399/year · No setup fee · Cancel before the next billing period
A calmer church week
Your team should not need five tabs, two spreadsheets, and somebody’s memory to know what still needs to happen.
Open the week with volunteer needs, overdue follow-ups, and work waiting for a decision.
Give every next action an owner, due date, status, and enough context to move.
Use Pews beside Planning Center and your current systems. Replace nothing on day one.
Follow-through that keeps the person in view
Pews keeps the person, the reason, the owner, and the next step together—so a care request or guest follow-up does not become another forgotten note.
Illustrative interface. Not live church data.

A small first group
The beta starts with one problem your team already feels. If Pews cannot make that workflow clearer, it has not earned a larger role.
Answer a few questions about your current tools and where follow-through breaks down. We will review it and contact you if the beta looks useful for both sides.

Questions
No. Planning Center stays in place during this beta. Pews adds a weekly view and carries follow-up work beside it. Any future replacement decision would be made one workflow at a time.
The Founding Ops Beta includes the weekly operations view, owners and due dates, guest and care follow-ups, service and volunteer-gap visibility, normal staff and volunteer access, and guided onboarding. The annual option is $399 prepaid.
Start with one real workflow and name one church-side owner. Your existing systems and source records stay in place. The exact connection work depends on your setup and available source access.
Full migration, donation processing, accounting, check-in hardware, native worship planning, mass messaging, and a finished member app are not included in this phase.
We review your answers. If the beta looks useful for both sides, we schedule a short conversation about one workflow, confirm the boundaries, and agree on scope, timing, billing, data access, and exit terms before anything begins.
